Self-packed goods may have limited liability in case of internal damage.
Hazardous, illegal, explosive or prohibited items are not accepted.
Warehouse storage charges and duration will be as mutually agreed.
Insurance claims, if applicable, will be processed as per policy terms.
Additional charges may apply for delay due to incorrect address or non-availability.
Unclaimed goods may attract extra storage or handling charges.
Payment terms may be advance, partial or delivery-based depending on booking type.
Any dispute will be subject to applicable jurisdiction and company policy.
